Syntelligent Analytic Solutions Awarded Veterans Affairs Help Desk Contract
Falls Church, VA — October 2, 2013 — Syntelligent Analytic Solutions, LLC, (Syntelligent) a professional services and consulting firm catering to Government and private sector customers, announced today that it was recently awarded a Prime contract by the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) to provide Help Desk Support for the Office of Acquisition Operations, Technology Acquisition Center’s (TAC) Virtual Office of Acquisition (VOA).
The VOA consists of various modules used to improve the acquisition process by facilitating the submission of requirement packages from TAC customers. VOA is the foundation for an automated web-based system for VA TAC that allows the Government to manage customer requirement information internally as well as provide accessibility to the general public.
