Syntelligent has the process in place to monitor and maximize quality on every project. We have ensured the quality of our deliverables based on an informal quality inspection process followed by our management team. For all Task Orders, we will have dedicated Quality Control (QC) Managers on our Team. Our QC Managers will perform deliverable reviews; establish, collect, and monitor performance and quality metrics; and track the correction of all defects detected. Our quality program will enable us to reduce costs by anticipating potential problem areas and initiating the procedures necessary to prevent these problems from recurring.
