Tim Tady is a U.S. Army veteran with more than 45 years in intelligence analysis, planning, budgeting, and intelligence IT systems development and integration. He has more than 20 years’ experience managing staffing, cost, schedule, performance, and contract compliance.  As a founder and former managing partner of a successful small business, Tim is an experienced business developer and capture manager.  


As a U.S. Army GEOINT Analyst, Tim produced imagery-derived intelligence supporting tactical, operational and strategic operations in assignments at a first of its kind exploitation unit at Ft. Hood, TX and a joint service organization supporting the Pacific Command. His military experience led to a 20-year career at SAIC where Tim’s operational expertise supported the execution capabilities-based assessments, architecture development, systems engineering, integration and testing services for organizations across the Defense Intelligence Enterprise. He was a primary developer of the first-ever enterprise architecture products including operational, system, and technical views that were subsequently incorporated into the C4ISR Architecture Framework and the DoD Architecture Framework (DoDAF) guidance. Tim spearheaded SAIC’s efforts to provide contractor All-Source Intelligence Analysts to support the USSTRATCOM Intelligence Directorate performing as an embedded senior analyst and managing the SAIC team.


Before joining Syntelligent, Tim spent 12 years as a founding member and managing partner of an SDVOSB. He was the primary author and/or editor of the company’s technical proposals contributing directly to achieving annual revenues in excess of $20M over the last four years of his affiliation. He provided direct support to the company’s primary customer including reach-back and gray-beard services supporting the development and integration of the intelligence IT architecture, senior intelligence analyst services supporting the development of US Deterrence and Nuclear War Plans, subject matter expertise supporting development of operating concepts and analytic tactics, techniques, and procedures facilitating the integration of Joint Intelligence Preparation of the Operational Environment doctrine into daily intelligence operations, and serving as a key participant in the development of Command positions for New Strategic Arms Reduction Treaty (New START) negotiations, the  Quadrennial Defense Review, and Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff-directed Comprehensive Joint Assessment efforts. 


Tim joined Syntelligent in 2020 as a Solutions Architect supporting business development efforts and serving as the primary author of Syntelligent technical proposals. In his role as Director of Growth, Tim will collaborate with the executive leadership and project managers to devise and implement strategies to expand Syntelligent’s market presence, revenue, and customer base.
