Luray, VA, April 22, 2012 – Syntelligent Analytic Solutions, LLC, a Northern, Virginia professional services and consulting firm catering to U.S. national security customers is pleased to announce it has opened a new office within Page County, Virginia at 320 North Hawksbill Street, Luray, Virginia.

The opening of the Luray office is the first step in Syntelligent’s efforts to apply for the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone) program by establishing a “principal office” in a HUBZone. The HUBZone program stimulates economic development and creates jobs in urban and rural communities by providing Federal contracting preferences to small HUBZone certified businesses. These preferences go to HUBZone companies in part for employing staff that live in a HUBZone and maintaining a “principal office” in one of these specially designated areas. Page County, Virginia has been designated as a HUBZone.
