VETERANS AND MILITARY SPOUSE
PROGRAMS AND SUPPORT

Syntelligent is proud to provide a wide range of opporunities and support to veterans, National Guard and Reserve members and military spouses.

Military Spouse
Hiring Program

While much of the country is experiencing some of the lowest unemployment rates in recent times, military spouses are still unemployed at a rate of 24%*, much higher than their civilian counterparts. However, military spouses are more highly educated than their peers according to a survey by the US Chamber Foundation, with 88% of military spouses having at least some post-high school education. That is why Syntelligent has developed a “Work From Anywhere” policy to assist in employing military spouse, breaking through one of the major obstacles to finding good employment for military spouses.

Battle Buddy
Mentorship Program

For transitioning service members, starting any new job in the civilian world can be shocking and stressful. That is why Syntelligent created the Battle Buddy Mentorship and Professional Development program to help new, transitioning employees adjust to their new career while helping unearth a Veteran’s natural talents for leadership, flexibility, and problem solving.
