Falls Church, Virginia — April 29, 2020 — Business has changed for most of America in the past two months. Unfortunately, many companies have made the difficult decision to cut or furlough employees due to lack of normal business transactions and a decrease in the bottom line; however, Syntelligent Analytic Solutions, LLC has positioned itself with purpose to confirm its commitment to employees during this pandemic. This commitment to employees extends beyond the basic assurance of appropriate safety precautions to financial response and enhanced bonuses.

In early March, as COVID-19 began to unravel in the U.S., Syntelligent very quickly began communicating CDC (Center for Disease Control and Prevention) guidelines and recommendations to employees. By mid-March, a minimal-manning policy was implemented, along with an emergency sick leave plan. Before the end of the month, CEO Stephen Synnott emailed all employees a heartfelt letter of commitment, expressing appreciation for continued corporate efforts and announced a $50 bonus as a token of that appreciation. He encouraged employees to use that bonus to support small local businesses “who are really feeling the hit.” But it doesn’t stop there, all employees have had masks mailed to them. In mid-April, another email went out to all employees offering small interest-free loans and PTO cash-out for employees who may be experiencing a financial crisis. All of this for current employees, and Syntelligent is still hiring!

Given the unprecedented nature of the pandemic, Syntelligent has risen to the occasion with purpose – putting employees first, continuing the mission, and being empathetic to the needs of the community as well.
