Luray, VA – February 27, 2019 – Syntelligent Analytic Solutions, LLC (Syntelligent) sponsored the Luray Job Fair and Non-Profit Expo on February 27 at Luray High School. This annual event, hosted by the Luray-Page Chamber of Commerce, invited members of the community and students from Page County High School, Luray High School and the Page County Technical Center to learn about local jobs, internships, and volunteer opportunities.

In order to support the young Page job-seeking community, the Syntelligent recruiting team was invited to both high schools the week prior to the job fair to lead a Career Training Workshop. Emerson Umana, Talent Acquisition Manager, and Jaime Stoneberger, Recruiter, presented an interactive training to students about resume building and interview preparation techniques. Students who attended the sessions received one-on-one assistance in resume writing at the end of each training session.

“It was heartwarming for me,” said Jaime Stoneberger at the end of the training session, “to think that the resume skills I taught these young students today might help them land their first professional job down the road.”

Over 25 employers and non-profits were in attendance at the job fair as a couple of hundred students made their rounds.
