Syntelligent Moves to a New Space in Luray

Luray, Virginia - January 1, 2021 - In 2020, Syntelligent's employee growth and a soon-to-expire lease meant that a change in the Luray location was inevitable. Conveniently, Lord Fairfax Community College was moving out of the same building, and the larger space they occupied was available for rent. Taking advantage of the short moving distance while still maintaining a convenient location, Syntelligent made the move in January of 2021 from 320 North Hawksbill Street to the other side of the building - 334 North Hawksbill Street.

Technically speaking, moving is never convenient, and the new space was due for an overhaul. New paint and new flooring

were a must. John Rutt took the lead in laying out the office space, planning the move, and insuring the network and

technology were up to par for the new location. Sam Finlay, Facility Manager, oversaw the process of renovation and wore

a variety of hats. Once these items were nearing completion, Mr. Synnott charged Rose Ann Smythe and April Guzy with

decorating the new space.

Phase I of employees returning to work began on March 1 with more employees continuing to return to work on April

1, and May 1. All were welcomed into an inviting work space with desk stations for those who desired more structure or

seating at a bistro table for a more relaxed setting. 

Syntelligent's new space is more than suitable for its current workforce and ideally designed for future expansion.
