Syntelligent has seen significant growth during 2015 and anticipates continued expansion this year, prompting the creation of this new position, in which Mr. Ply will be managing current client relationships and building new intelligence analysis business.

Mr. Ply has over 30 years of experience across military and U.S. government programs including experience with commercial and international initiatives. He has worked intelligence programs across the Departments of Defense, Homeland Security and State Department, Federal Bureau of Investigation, state and local law enforcement as well as various security programs with Joint Strike Fighter, Defense Intelligence Agency and the Environmental Protection Agency. Mr. Ply is a retired USAF member where he served as a Special Agent with the Air Force Office of Special Investigations. He has held military positions as a Special Agent-in-charge and industry/intelligence community positions as a Senior Program Manager, Executive Director and Vice President.

For the last 13 years, Mr. Ply has worked for several Fortune 500 companies providing subject matter expertise, program management execution and training as well as providing management, strategic planning, business development, proposal development and costing direction for both large companies as well as Small Veteran-Owned Businesses.
