John Rutt has worked for Syntelligent for over six years and currently performs as the Director of Support Operations. John has experience in a variety of information technology related disciplines, including cyber security, compliance, information technology service management, and system architectural design. John has also performed program and project management functions to customers within the Department of Defense, Department of Homeland Security, and Department of Health and Human Services.

John is a testament to the opportunities for growth afforded to Syntelligent employees. He began his tenure with Syntelligent as a contractor supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs and progressed throughout the following years to higher technical and management positions within the organization.

As the Director of Support Operations, John focuses on providing the infrastructure and tools to the other Directorates within Syntelligent so they can provide their clients or our employees with the best experience possible. In this role, John is able to interface with all facets of the organization, understand their current and future needs and act as an advocate during organizational strategic planning sessions.

John holds a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Information Systems Management and a minor in Philosophy from Bridgewater College.
