Falls Church, Virginia – June 20, 2016 - Stephen Synnott, President and CEO of Syntelligent Analytic Solutions, LLC, was honored by ESGR, a Department of Defense organization established in 1972 and designed to promote cooperation and understanding between Reserve Component Service members and their civilian employers.

ESGR, or Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve, is comprised of 4,800 dedicated and trained volunteers and staff located across the country, with a mission of developing and promoting employer support for Guard and Reserve service. The ESGR assists by advocating relevant initiatives, recognizing outstanding support, and increasing awareness of applicable laws. The award given to Stephen Synnott is called the Patriot Award. It states:

Presenting the plaque to Mr. Synnott were Robin Streeter, a Guardsman who works for Syntelligent providing customer service support at the Visitor Center for DHS’s Nebraska Avenue Complex, and Geambro Hollis, DC’s Outreach Representative for ESGR. Ms. Streeter is one of seven National Guard or Reservists employed by Syntelligent. Twenty-two of Syntelligent’s seventy employees are veterans. Twenty-five of Syntelligent’s employees are Page County residents.
