Syntelligent Analytic Solutions, LLC Participates in “Classroom to Career” Event

Luray, VA - October 17, 2014 - Syntelligent Analytic Solutions, LLC (Syntelligent), a professional services and consulting firm catering to Government and private sector customers, participated in a “Classroom to Career” business workshop organized by the Page County Economic Development Authority. The event included approximately 14 local educators and public officials, who toured facilities and spoke with business representatives at several locations. The purpose of the workshop was to provide a platform for interaction between educators and local businesses to identify skills/education required for specific occupations, to identify challenges/threats for sustaining and growing business within the County, and to explore the potential of internship and future career opportunities. Following the tour of each facility, time was set aside for questions and answers among the participants.

Karen Ryan, Syntelligent’s Human Resource Director, worked arranging this visit and also answered questions as to the importance of strengthening the relationship between educators and local businesses. Ms. Ryan expressed, “Students are constantly challenged with learning to navigate new technology. In today’s work environment, well-developed communication skills, collaboration, and excellent writing skills are also necessary. Employers have to deliver qualified and well-trained employees for their clients’ requirements.” Syntelligent is proud to be in partnership with Page County to nurture this message and the advancement of business in our area.
