Falls Church, Virginia — September 29, 2020 — Times are changing, and so is the way many businesses are approaching their work environment and their company focus. Syntelligent Analytic Solutions, LLC (Syntelligent) has always cared about their employees, but the pandemic, along with other factors, is pushing them to raise the bar in their efforts to recruit and hire individuals to focus on the needs of employees and to drive their mission of military support.

In August 2020, Adam Leitner joined the Syntelligent team as a Training Manager. In this role, Adam manages Syntelligent’s overall corporate training program, with special emphasis on Syntelligent’s Intelligence Foundational Training Program. Syntelligent aims to provide intelligence analysts equipped for the challenges of this millennial age and to ensure all employees have access to basic training and training to advance their professional advancement.

In an effort to focus on Syntelligent’s commitment to support veterans and the military community, Syntelligent recently transitioned part-time Veteran Affairs Coordinator Michael Diaz to a full-time position with an expanded focus and the title of Veterans & Military Spouse Program Coordinator. As the name describes, this expanded role includes a commitment to the hiring of military spouses in addition to the continued focus on veteran support. Syntelligent proudly offers several programs in the hiring and mentoring of veterans, military spouses and military members transitioning from the military into the civilian workforce, including a Battle Buddy program and Veteran and Military Spouse Resource Support group.

Lastly, Syntelligent has created a Director of People Operations position, as part of the Senior Leadership Team, who will oversee all people processes and operations. The goal of this unique position is to build upon existing infrastructure and processes but add new insights, ideas and operational excellence to build a best-in class workplace where employees are engaged and committed to the mission and culture of those we serve and proud to work for Syntelligent.
